To you for a candidate or hiring manager referral, paid within one month of a successful placement's start date.

We believe the best connections come from trusted relationships. If you introduce us to a candidate or hiring manager and we place someone as a result, we'll pay you $1,000.
- Paid within one month of the successful placement's start date, for permanent and contract roles.
- Paid as a voucher of your choice or an EFTPOS gift card.
- No vacancy or immediate placement needed, and no time limit.
Full terms
What counts as a referral
A referral is an introduction to a candidate (someone looking for their next role) or a hiring manager (a founder or leader who hires). To be eligible:
- You're the first person to refer them to us.
- They're new to us, or are already in our database but we haven't been in contact with them in the three months before your introduction.
- Your introduction leads to a permanent or contract placement through Guided.
If we've been in contact with the person in the past three months, they don't count as a new referral. We'll let you know when we acknowledge your referral.
How to refer
- By email: send referrals@guidedtalent.com the name and contact details of the person you're referring, and a line on why you're introducing them.
- Via a live job: use the Refer button on any role on our opportunities page.
Only refer people who are happy for you to share their details and for us to contact them. Your referral is recorded from the date we receive it.
Payment
- $1,000 is paid within one month of the successful placement’s start date, for permanent and contract placements.
- One bonus is paid per referred person, on their first placement.
- Choose a voucher from a retailer of your choice or an EFTPOS gift card. We'll email you to confirm your preference once the placement starts.
- The bonus is paid regardless of when our client pays our invoice.
Changes to this program
We may change or end the referral program at any time. Changes won't affect referrals we've already acknowledged. Guided Employment Group Pty Ltd has final say on eligibility.
